A phone app for counting consignment stock in hospital cath labs.
Stock in hospital cath labs is counted on paper, so when a discrepancy turns up weeks later nobody can say who agreed to what.
Flow
One straight path with no branches: pick the site, load the expected stock, scan the shelf, review the exceptions, save the lines, sign. Each screen asks for one thing, so a rep can work through it with a scanner in the other hand.
Reconciliation
Three counts sit across the top: confirmed, missing and unexpected. Only the exceptions are listed underneath. A clean count shows an empty list, so you can tell at a glance whether there is anything to resolve.
Sign-off
Both loading screens turn fully dark, so it is clear the app is working and nothing can be tapped. The submit button stays locked until the hospital stock controller and the Virtumed rep have both signed on the device.
Colour
Deep teal on pale paper. Crimson marks missing items, amber marks unexpected ones and teal marks confirmed ones. Nothing else in the interface uses colour.
